I just picked up this Sp and the inventory they had was great! I actually was able to see several colors that I could choose from! Most places have maybe 1. Sales experience was easy and the fees were not over inflated like most dealers.
Decent selection. Getting someone to help you is pointless, I’ve stopped in three times never once has someone come out and asked if I need help or wanted to buy. I’ll take business elsewhere.
Great buying experience with David. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and definitely went way above and beyond the normal purchase experience I've come to know. I will definitely be going back for future bike purchases. They were honest, through and clearly explained everything and had me on my new bike quickly. Good customer service is hard to find, but they have it here.
My first stop here. They have lots of different products, from motorcycles to clothing apparel. The place was show room was very clean, with an adjoining service area. I noticed a Harley Davidson and an Indian motorcycle on display, along with a gold wing, Valkyrie, multiple dirt bikes, scooters. 4 wheelers, Side by Side, lawn mowers, and generators.
There was also a great selection of shirts, jackets, and riders wear.
When you enter the parking lot the first thing you notice is how clean it is.A good sign. When you enter the building it is super clean. Extremely well stocked and zero dust on any of the vehicles. Being a power store of which only a few dealers earn that designation they seem to have plenty of hard to get navis ,cubs and trail bikes. I checked around other dealers for out the door prices on a navi and Honda of Troy was cheaper and had some of every color. The sales pro Nick greeted me and asked for a few minutes as he was with another customer. He answered all my questions about the bike and was very polite. It was nice that the dealer iny own backyard was less expensive and had all colors of the navi in stock as these can be hard to find.All of the staff was thorough and professional.Truly an asset to the motorcycle industry.I highly recommend.

I purchased a Honda Navi last week from Honda Powersports of Troy and I received such outstanding Customer Service, I had to write a review.
I am at high risk for severe COVID complications and when I mentioned that to Dave, our salesman, he went above and beyond to keep me safe. From the beginning to end or the transaction, Dave wore a mask, kept his distance and all the while, he provided great customer service. In my 50 years of being a consumer, I have never had better Customer Service. I want to thank Dave and everyone at Honda Powersports of Troy, for a job well done and I look forward to doing business with them again.
